Benchmark Java Interfaces, a simple benchmark framework for Java.

Remark: It is a spin off from XStream, where it was added by Joe last year. At XStream it is specialized on benchmarking XML/Java serialization only, I have currently enhanced it for general usage. Joe has approved the move.
